Hi There.. from California Bay area but currently in Singapore ! Looking forward to hearing from all the founders !
I think you control the attendees view on the webinar (unlike a meeting where we can change).
We're in gallery- no worries
I love that, Anna. You're not just an employee at a young startup, you're THE pioneering team.
Great to see diverse founder role models for Asia, thanks for this session.
For Q&A later, what are some communities our founders get plugged into, to get recharged and inspired?
Networking events can get exhausting and not so sustainable for long term relationships ;)
Hi Patricia please drop your question in the Q&A so it doesn’t get lost. Thanks!
Thanks Sima got it!
Grace, that story is giving me chills. ♥
Hope your daughter is ok Grace. X
Healthcare definitely needs a transformation, thanks Grace for sharing your story with us
Summary- “Imposter syndrome,” or doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud at work, is a diagnosis often given to women. But the fact that it’s considered a diagnosis at all is problematic. " <> "The answer to overcoming imposter syndrome is not to fix individuals, but to create an environment that fosters a number of different leadership styles and where diversity of racial, ethnic, and gender identities is viewed as just as professional as the current model."👏👏👏👏
Great insights Ali, on networking
great advice, thanks Anna. Prioritize on having the right people at the start as the most important thing vs the perfect business plan
For Q&A later… 1. When you were at a crossroads in your entrepreneurial journey/s, did you ever hire a career (or any kind) coach to get you back on track? And 2. Did you ever cut loose some people/networks who were once close to you during your “shift”, and how did you do it?
Thanks Grace, sorry typed too fast
Hi Ji-Le please drop your question into the Q&A box so it doesn’t get lost.
oops, my bad:) will do~
Just signed up, Ali. I'll watch your welcome video later. 😉
Its an awesome community @Marta. :-)
Yay Marta! Looking forward to meeting you :)
💡 If you don't have the habits/routines, you have to rely on willpower.
Talk about a blind taste test :-)
Get sponsored, not just being mentored. Hustle! 💡
Great point, Anna. Women ARE being supported/mentored, they're just not asking for sponsorship.
I second that about the SheMentors community. I’m so grateful for the group. Particularly on my low days, I come out feeling refreshed and inspired after Mentor Hours, or events - full of people outside of my industry and getting vastly different perspectives
Childcare is a saviour! haha
Love it Sandhya! Im the same.
Thanks Vanessa and Krys! Pay you later ;)
Keep going strong for all the founders!
Ali, I'm going to go look at
