Can you talk about how you transition into a people management role? Do you have any tips on how to do it if you’ve never managed before? Thank you - it’s been terrific so far!!
Kamna
01:02:17
On imposter syndrome: I think that naming it and owning it, like for people who deal with mental health issues too - once you accept it and understand it, it doesn't run you by fear as much. The more we talk about it, I think, the better. <3
Erin Frolli
01:02:18
SAME! That was a crazy experience!
marylee.carter
01:02:25
Is anyone able to edit the networking spreadsheet? It’s locked for me
Jolie
01:02:46
Same q as @PamKavalam. All these leaders are so eloquent. How do you transition into a leadership role when they often require experience?
Caroline
01:04:43
Here is the networking sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15DfTdlk46XAC5-wmt6VuwdP-oTTJ3z8-3FwlApGjjYk/edit?userstoinvite=cfarnsworth@sofi.org#gid=0
